Depending on the level of services you require Property Protection will document, photograph, take copies of valuations and receipts, check current replacement costs on selected items and give you all this information on disc or hard copy for your records. This will assist you to make an informed decision to the level of cover you require or if you’re current insurance cover is adequate.

Property Protection also offers an annual update and encourages clients to contact Property Protection if they make a significant purchase before the annual update so we can add the new purchase to your inventory.

In the event if total loss, theft or water damage this inventory can be used to identify your items and can be provided to your insurer to help expatiate your insurance claim, and to the police to help identify your property.

Property Protection will provide you will a disc and hard copy that can be stored separately so in the event of a fire you have another copy that will prove what you have and expedite your settlement.
